With lots to do both within the city and in the beautiful Rocky Mountains which are one hour away, there is something for everyone! I look forward to the opportunity to introduce our beautiful city and excellent school system.

I am District Principal of International Student Programs since 2008, a position that combines my passion for Education and Business and creates an opportunity to open our doors to cultures from around the world. I have taught everything from Kindergarten to Grade 12, run high schools and middle schools, developed the International program in our district and can say have enjoyed everyday of my career.
I have been vice principal of the Cowichan Valley International Student Program for seven years. I am passionate about language and inter-cultural education, inclusivity and equity. I have lived in Japan and traveled around the world. I grew up on Vancouver Island and I am always eager to help students connect with extra-curricular and outdoor opportunities here in the beautiful Cowichan Valley.

I have been working with the program and contributing to each student’s human story for the past 7 years, previously as the Assistant Director and now as the Director. Hello, I work with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board in the International office, I am Communications and Promotion Manager. I have lived in Ottawa all my life and I attended the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board as a student. I know so much about our beautiful city and our excellent schools. I love to travel and explore, especially to sample the different foods around the world. Italy is by far my top choice for food.
I am the Manager of the Surrey International Student Program. I have lived and worked in Surrey for more than 15 years raising both my daughters here. My role is introduce new students to our wonderful part of the world and ensure that they are well cared for and have a great time on their adventure to study and live life abroad. Bonjour! I am the director of the New Brunswick French International Student Program, on the beautiful east coast of Canada. I love living in New Brunswick, the only officially-bilingual province in Canada. I am also very proud of my French-Canadian culture, and to be able to share this culture with students from around the world in our French schools, homestay families, and welcoming communities.
Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, I have traveled extensively to over 80 countries for travel and work. I have held many roles in international education, including teaching English in the Republic of South Korea, working in development and education projects in Africa, and as the Director of Marketing and Recruitment with EduNova from 2007-2013. I have been with the Nova Scotia International Student Program (NSISP) for eight years where I currently serve as Executive Director.

In garage ho una moto e 5 biciclette, questo la dice lunga sulla mia capacità di stare ferma. Saluto quel ramo del lago di Como e parto come au pair verso NY, frequento l’università tra Manchester e Sidney, lavoro a Londra e poi scelgo di riportare tutto in Italia e condividerlo con chi verrà dopo. Sì, nel 2007 sono tornata dagli USA in nave.
Lifelong Learning il mio navigatore. I festival internazionali di cinema il mio bagaglio. Per 20 anni ho accompagnato turisti giapponesi e americani alla scoperta dell’Italia, poi la mia strada ha incrociato WEP e ho invertito la rotta. Oggi vivo con entusiasmo la partenza dei ragazzi italiani alla scoperta del mondo.
Da un paesino della Brianza mi avventuro come ragazza alla pari prima in Irlanda poi in Australia. Grazie a queste esperienze inizio ad incontrare nuove culture portandomi sempre dietro il valore della cura, verso se stessi e verso gli altri, che coltivo con la meditazione e il mio lavoro di consulente. Il cuore di exchange student l’ho lasciato in Oregon, quello di universitaria in Svezia, mentre ho radici nella mia città, Torino. Svariate altre tappe alla ricerca di romanzi di viaggio, piedi scalzi e scaffali ordinati. Da oltre 10 anni incrocio sguardi curiosi di partire… mi ci rivedo, lo zaino è sempre pronto!

Dalla mia terra abruzzese ho ereditato l’arte dell’accoglienza e dopo gli anni di lavoro in Inghilterra ho imparato a tenere sempre aperta la porta ai viandanti! Sono appassionata di antropologia e a casa custodisco un mappamondo, un pianoforte, e i biglietti per un grande viaggio alla scoperta del Canada.
Vengo da un paese di 5.000 abitanti e da bambina sognavo di fare il giudice. Ho iniziato le mie avventure oltremare a NY con uno stage proposto da WEP e non mi sono fatta mancare diverse esperienze in ambito turistico ed educativo tra Francia e Inghilterra. Adoro i luoghi di incontro che siano stazione ferroviarie, porti o aeroporti.
Il mio sogno è sempre stato studiare negli USA e grazie al programma exchange l’ho realizzato! Mi ha cambiato la vita e mi ha lasciato con ancora più voglia di viaggiare. Ho fatto la ragazza alla pari in Germania, studiato e vissuto in Francia e Spagna, ma nessuna esperienza è equiparabile a quella che si fa a 16 anni. Oggi continuo a sognare aiutando gli studenti a realizzare i loro desideri e mi dedico alla travolgente passione per le stelle!
